Dr. Joshua Imonitie is a Family Physician providing compassionate, evidence-based primary care in British Columbia. He earned his medical degree from the University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria, in 2014 and gained broad clinical experience across several medical specialties in the United Kingdom before completing General Practice Specialty Training in 2023. He is registered with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC).
Dr. Imonitie is committed to providing comprehensive care for individuals and families across all stages of life. His clinical interests include Family Medicine, medical education, musculoskeletal (MSK) medicine, and joint injections for the management of pain and mobility-related conditions. Before relocating to British Columbia, he was actively involved in medical education in the United Kingdom, serving as an Undergraduate Tutor, Honorary Senior Lecturer, and Postgraduate Family Medicine Trainer. Outside of medicine, he enjoys music, playing the piano and guitar, singing, and exploring local cafés in search of great coffee.
