We are a full-service family practice group located in the heart of Port Coquitlam. The clinic was established in the 1950s and has been at its present location since 1981. Our scope of practice includes the care of infants to seniors, including immunizations, maternity care, chronic disease management, and minor surgical procedures.
We use the latest in electronic medical record-keeping to ensure all healthcare documentation is complete, up to date, and stored in a secure facility.

Elgin Medical Clinic provides full-service medical care in Family Medicine. Most services listed below are covered by the Medical Services Plan of BC;

EMR & Booking System: Elgin Medical Clinic will be integrating into Kanata Clinics’ existing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and online appointment booking system to streamline and unify your patient care experience.
Website Transition: In the coming months, elginmedical.ca will be retired, and all clinic updates, forms, and online booking options will be unified here on www.kanataclinics.ca.
Patient medical records will be transferred securely to the new system, and patient care will continue seamlessly without interruption.
